One of the nation’s first themed casual dining restaurants with retail space, the challenge was to create “flow” between dining and customer areas on multiple floors. Cutting edge use of high pressure sodium, metal halid, and custom low voltage lighting enhanced the retail areas and abundant decor, and made the lighting extremely energy efficient.
