This massive restoration/addition was accomplished over five years. This multi-million dollar modern castle has 3 homes on 8 acres of manicured gardens of waterfront property, with 18 bedrooms, 32 bathrooms, two kitchens, grand staircase, Olympic-sized swimming pool, on-site desalination, and ten car garage with white marble floors.
The goal of the lighting project was to unify similar architectural features, supporting discordance where necessary, with the use of custom metal, marble and glass fixtures.
